Return Policy

Effective Date : May 1, 2013

It is Kingston Olive Oil’s intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit/debit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. Items purchased with cash maybe be exchanged or a store credit issued. There are no cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition. Our on-line store utilizes shopping cart services from Pinnacle Cart. To make a return or exchange by mail:

Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or gift packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:

• Name
• Member or customer number
• Address
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• When, where and by whom the purchase was made
• Reason for the return
• Purchase price of the item(s)

Please specify whether you would like an exchange or a bankcard credit. Insure the package for your
