Shipping Policy

Orders are governed by our Terms of Use.

Canadian Orders Only:

Online orders placed before 12pm EST Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be confirmed the same day but processed on the following Monday.

Please note, orders placed after 12pm EST Monday thru Friday will be confirmed then processed the following business day.

Holidays and weekends are not business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be confirmed same day then processed on Monday.

Online order confirmation will be provided via email after the order is placed.

We provide free shipping to a single address in Canada for orders over $75.00. Below that, we offer a $10.00 flat rate. Orders are currently shipped by Canada Post Express. A physical address is required. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Expected Delivery Dates:

You should expect your order to be delivered 3-6 business days from date of shipment processing. We do offer 24 hour shipping but only if you contact the store directly by phone or email. The cost of any shipping beyond our usual guidelines will be added to the cost of your order.

US and Other Offshore Shipping:

We currently use UPS (or alternate) for offshore shipping. The rate will be added to your order and varies according to the amount of your order. We do not take responsibility for any additional charges that may accrue to the customer at domestic country of delivery.
